Responsibilities :-

Lead the product's technological development
Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely
Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments
Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements
Strong people management skills. Willingness and ability to support people's career development and act as a coach and mentor for team members

Requirements :-

Exceptional project management and organization skills
Proficiency in Front End Technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, AngularJS/ReactJS/VueJS
Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Nginx, and Linux stack
Experienced in optimizing architecture and systems for scale
Proactive problem solver
Experienced in NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis
Accustomed to latest client side and server side technologies
Experience in a startup environment will be a plus
Support the platform services in production, including out of hours
Experience setting up / maintaining servers in a cloud environment
An awareness of security measures
