Job descriptions
1) Ensure adherence to all specific norms and compliances as per process
2) To be updated and hands knowledge of the process at all times
3) Conduct new hire, refresher and OJT batches in lines with requirements of the business
4) Work closely with the reporting manager to achieve quantitative and qualitative business goals through training
5) Align training metrics in line with business requirements
6) Maintaining, updating and circulating reports of training and efficacies as per defined frequencies
7) Ensure training throughput is within acceptable limits as defined by business heads
8) Design and implement policies for Training in lines with business needs and ensure compliance
9) Design training content in lines with inputs received from business and client.
Qualifications
1) Total work experience 3 years or more
2) Should have at least 2 years of call center experience in handling Soft Skills training
3) Must be a post graduate
4) Experience in voice and non-voice processes
5) Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
6) Knowledge of latest training techniques will be preferred
7) Proficiency in MS Office
8) Must be willing to travel on need basis
