Responsibilities

Screening and short listing the
candidates for the assigned positions
·
Taking preliminary round of the
interview and maintaining their database
·
Orientation & Joining & Exit
Formalities.
·
Making & Issuing Offer Letter;
Appointment Letter; Transfer Letters; Termination Letters, etc.
·
Arranging PC, sitting arrangement, phone
for new joinee
·
Ensuring that all joining papers are
filled by the candidates and supporting documents are submitted on time.
·
Initiate temporary ID, Mail ID, Visiting
Cards, for employee.
·
Opening Bank Accounts cards for the
Employee.
·
Taking Exit Interviews & Exit
Formalities.
Qualification & Experience : 1-2 Years.
Salary :- CTC 3.5 LPA
